The service

Drive-through Analytics is provided by LaMotheo Solution (Pty) Ltd (registration 2018/528955/07). It produces automated reports from files you upload. Reports are a starting point for decisions, not financial, tax or legal advice.

Your files

Only upload files you're allowed to share with us. You are responsible for the personal information inside them (see our privacy notice). Don't upload passwords, card numbers or anything unlawful.

Free window

Each account gets 2 free analyses per calendar month, showing the first 40% of the report sections. Fair-use limits apply: one file processing at a time and 10 uploads a day.

Paying

A full report costs R299. Credit packs are valid for 12 months; promotional and referral credits for 90 days. Prices are in rands. LaMotheo is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. If a paid report can't be produced because of a fault on our side, we'll give you a credit or a refund.

Retention

Files and reports, paid or free, are deleted 7 days after upload. Download what you need before then.

Accounts

Keep your password private. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time.

Liability

We take care to make the numbers right, but we can't guarantee that every automated finding is correct or complete for your situation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned.
